*Next Day - We can only guarantee this service if you order before 3PM Monday to Thursday. outside of these times your order will be despatched the next working day. i.e. you order Wednesday 5PM, we receive the order Thursday morning and ship your goods that day, so you will receive your order Friday.
UK orders - We ship goods the same day you order them as long as you order before 3PM Monday to Friday, outside of these times we despatch goods the next working day. You should get your order within 2-5 working days. Please allow 5 working days before you contact us as we are at the mercy of the Royal Mail.
Our Secure Payment page is handled by Sage Pay the UK's leading payment gateway. Their secure server uses the highest level of security available. We don't even see your credit card details we only receive confirmation that your payment has gone through.
Sage Pay is an approved payment processor for all the big four UK Banks, including our bankers Barclays
Returning faulty and unwanted goods. Conditions of returns:
Goods MUST BE UNUSED (under no circumstances will we accept used goods due to their nature)
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging
Goods must be received by us within 14 days of when you placed your order

If the above conditions have not been met or we suspect the goods have been used we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Any goods that are supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened or any items of lingerie are non refundable or exchangeable.
All goods returned to us as unclaimed from the Royal Mail will be subject to a reshipping charge. £3.50 Recorded Delivery & £8.00 Next Day Delivery
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between you and us.
“We”, “us, “our”, means Taboo Internet Services.
“You”, “your” means the person ordering products under these terms and conditions.
“Working days” means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
“Product” means the product or products you have ordered from us.
All products on this site are in stock. Our state of the art stock control system only allows orders if we are holding stock of that particular item.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products you have ordered within 2-5 working days of the date of your order. We ship goods the same day you order them as long as you order before 3.15pm Monday to Friday, outside of these times we despatch goods the next working day.
*If you require your order quicker we do offer a next day delivery service at an extra cost. As above we can only guarantee this service if you order before 3pm Monday to Friday. outside of these times your order will be despatched the next working day. i.e. you order Wednesday 5PM, we receive the order Thursday morning and ship your goods that day, so you will receive your order Friday.
The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur due to Royal Mail postal difficulties.
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you
Prices shown on this site include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law. Delivery charges are extra.

After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you summarising each order you have placed.
Once the payment for your order is confirmed your order will be packaged and posted to you we either by registered post or next day special delivery if you have selected that option.
Contracts formed between Taboo (T.I Holdings) and users as a result of using this site shall be governed in all respects by English law and all such users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
No contract will subsist between you and Taboo for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged and you have received and signed for your goods. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you. This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of England, in its entirety and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Before placing an order you must be aged 18 years or over.
In some instances we may decline to deliver parcels to PO addresses. We will contact you if we consider the PO address to be a problem.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, American Express and Pay Pal.
All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
It is advisable that you cancel any unwanted orders by contacting our customer services team directly on 01886 833329 before they are invoiced and dispatched. Requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned for 48 hours in extremely busy periods, which may result in the order being dispatched.
You have no right to cancel your order in accordance with this condition if the products you have ordered are: Video or DVD recordings or personal items if the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed by you. Or Periodical(s) or magazine(s).
You may cancel your order before the delivery or within seven days after the date of delivery by contacting our customer service team either by email at customerservice@taboo.co.uk or by telephoning 01886 833329 quoting your order number. We will refund you the cost of your unwanted products minus any P&P costs.
If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost within 14 days of your order. Provided you return the unwanted products unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of your order, we will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted product minus our delivery charges within thirty days of the date of cancellation.
If the products you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will replace them, you must notify us by phone or e-mail within 14 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notification.
Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.

We will not be liable to you:- For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded.
Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of short delivery of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller’s liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.

Returns by post are made at your risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
Refunds will be credited to your payment card. Refunds will not be paid in cash.
