A. Yes - Taboo has been trading online since 1996 and we have and always will, treat your order and any enquiry with the utmost discretion. All goods are dispatched in plain packaging and with no indication on the outside as to the contents.
Q. How do I know my credit card details will be secure

A. We use Sage Pay to process your card details. Sage Pay is the leading UK payment gateway, their secure server uses the highest level of protection and is regarded as the industry leader in this field. You will be taken to their secure payment page once you have confirmed your order. Taboo doesn't have access to your card details we only have your order and delivery details
Q. What will show on my credit card statement

A. In the interests of confidentiality there will be no mention of items ordered, or anything of a sexual nature included on your credit card or bank statement. Your transactions will simply be cleared under the anonymous title 'T I Holdings.
Q. Will you or anyone else send me lots of emails

A. No - We do not and will no sell, trade or provide your name, address or e-mail address to any third party company or individual. If you have opted to be included on our mailing list we promise to send no more than 1 mailing per month or 12 per year. you can opt in or out of our mailing list at any time.
Q. How long will it take to get my goods

A. All orders received Monday to Friday before 3.15PM will be shipped the same day, any orders received outside of these times will be shipped the next working day. Delivery times are subject to the Royal Mail but are typically between 2 and 5 days. We do offer a next day service at the checkout stage of your order. This is subject to the times above. i.e. if you order Monday before 3.15PM you will receive your goods Tuesday, however, if you order after 3.15PM we receive and ship the order Tuesday and you would get your goods Wednesday.
Q. How do I know what is in stock

A. All our products on our website are in stock. We operate a stock control system that prevents orders being taken for items that are out of stock.
Q. Can I exchange unsuitable goods

A. Yes - If you are unhappy with your purchase simply return the goods to us within 14 days of when you placed your order and we will replace it with any product of the same value. Goods MUST be in their original packaging, MUST NOT have been opened and MUST NOT have been used. We will not accept any goods back that do not conform to these conditions
