A. All orders received Monday to Friday before 3.30PM will be shipped the same day, any orders received outside of these times will be shipped the next working day. Delivery times are subject to the Royal Mail but are typically between 2 and 5 days. We do offer a next day service at the checkout stage of your order. A. Yes - If you are unhappy with your purchase simply return the goods to us within 14 days of when you placed your order and we will replace it with any product of the same value.
